Dr. Luis Felipe Bernett, Neonatologist and Pediatrician

Dr Luis Felipe Bernett, 73 a neonatologist and pediatrician with a recognized track record, was a mentor to many who now excel in medicine. He died while in intensive care on March 30, becoming the third Panama doctor to succumb to the coronavirus.
