Kris Chupp aka DJ Steel, a popular Valley DJ, passed away due to complications from COVID-19 on July 12, 2020. The 42 years old was the entertainment director for Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row. He was a professional DJ well-known in the country music scene. According to a GoFundMe page set up for Chupp's wife and family, Chupp passed away in the morning of July 12, 2020, due to complications from the coronavirus.
