He professed a hope in Christ at Olivet Baptist Church and later joined World Overcomers Church where he served faithfully in the capacity of Watchman for Senior Pastor Alton R. Williams. Cielo Jaochico, Marcelo’s daughter, confirmed her father’s death. According to her, they received Marcelo’s COVID-19 test on the day of his death.
