Charlie Chin Song Chen – a Family Medicine/General Practitioner at Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, New York City – passed away due to COVID-19. Dr. Chen served the Rockaway community and endeared himself to his many patients for more than 21 years as a Family Practitioner. Dr. Chen received his medical education at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO, and was Board Certified in Family Medicine. During his 13 years with Addabbo, he earned the respect of his colleagues and was a sought-after and trusted physician with a tremendous patient following.
