Neil Alarcon Quispe – a general practitioner in Centro De Salud "Fraternidad," Pucallpa, Peru- died on 11 May 2020, due to COVID-19. He was 34 years old.
The young doctor’s relatives denounce that the doctor was not treated promptly and he was not transferred to the city of Lima to save his life.
