Giovanni Delnevo – a Cardiologist in Italy – passed away after suffering from COVID-19. It was reported on 3 April, 2020. Delnevo was 72 years old.
He had recently retired. He graduated in Parma, while he obtained his specialization in cardiology in Turin. He had been in charge of the Cardiology module of the Santa Maria hospital. He was a well known and appreciated figure, not only in Borgotaro, but also in the valley and Parma. Professionally, he was very prepared and updated. Until a month ago, his clinic in via Nervesa was very popular. In the Valtarian capital they remember him for having made innovations, especially in the field of cardiac rehabilitation.
