Eduardo Méndez Martinez – an Orthopedic Surgeon (retired), Hospital Administrator at ISSSTE Hospital Regional General Ignacio Zaragoza, Iztapalapa, Mexico City, Mexico – passed away on 10 April 2020 after suffering from COVID-19. Martinez was 65 years old.
Méndez, who a few years ago served as union secretary of the Zaragoza Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSSTE).
