Nahdezhda Divak – a Nurse at Regional Clinical Hospital, Kaliningrad, Russia – passed away after suffering from COVID-19. It was reported on 5 March 2020. Nahdezhda was 65 years old.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

For more than 20 years, Nadezhda Aleksandrovna worked with the department of pulmonology. Her colleagues and patients loved and respected her. One of the first, she fearlessly went to the aid of patients with suspected coronavirus, nursed them, regardless of either time or imminent danger. But, helping others, alas, did not save herself, and in this battle the disease turned out to be stronger. The hospital lost a wonderful selfless person, a professional in her field, a mentor to young people, and her family lost a beautiful wife, mother and grandmother.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
