Jeov\u00e1 Carmo da Silva \u2013 a Nursing Technician at Maternidade Municipal M\u00e3eEsperan\u00e7a, Porto Velho, Brazil \u2013 passed away on 13 May 2020, after suffering from COVID-19. Silva was 48 years old.<\/p>\n

The information on the death was confirmed in a note by the Municipal Health Secretariat (Semusa). The professional was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a private hospital.<\/p>\n

The server worked since 2015 at the Maternidade Municipal M\u00e3e Esperan\u00e7a and was on the front lines against the spread of the Sars-Cov-2 virus in the capital. Semusa did not go into more detail about the case of Jehovah Carmo.<\/p>\n

In a note, the Municipal Health Secretariat lamented the death of the nursing technician, reiterating that “for co-workers”, Jehovah was “a unique human being with an incomparable greatness of soul and heart”.<\/p>\n
