Ibrahim Arslan – a Hospital Staff at Okmeydani Teaching and Research Hospital, Istanbul,Turkey – passed away due to COVID-19. He was 55 years old.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Ibrahim Arslan, worked at Okmeydan\u0131 Training and Research Hospital, died because of COVID-19. It was learned that Arslan, who worked as a servant in the Polyclinic Chief Physician, was not given administrative permission although he was disabled.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

It is not known how Arslan, who worked one floor above the x-ray and blood collection units at the entrance of the outpatient clinic, got the virus. Despite the circular that regulates the risk leave and the health workers with chronic illnesses as administrative leave, Arslan continued to work. Although Arslan has a disability report, it was learned that he did not appear to be disabled in the staff.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
