Medical College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khader, during his five-decade career, wrote more than a thousand songs for over 350 films, while being credited for some of the biggest-ever hits in Malayalam film music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His song-writing talent ensured him being one of the busiest lyricists in the 1970s and 80s, when he penned evergreen songs like \u201cNatha nee varum kalocha\u201d (Chamaram), \u201cShararanthal thiri thaazhhum\u201d (Kayalum Kayarum), \u201cAadya samaagama lajjayil\u201d (Ulsavam), \u201cSindoora sandhyaykku mounam\u201d (Choola), \u201cEnte janman neeyeduthu\u201d&nbsp; (Aattakkalasam), (Itha Oru Dhikkari), \u201cEtho janma kalpanayil\u201d (Palangal), \u201cNaanamaaunno\u201d Poomaaname (Nirakkoottu) and \u201cAnuraagini itha en\u201d (Oru Kudakkeezhil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khader began his career from writing poetry as a student to penning songs for stage and radio, where he drew the attention of cinema. His two songs in the 1973 film Kattu Vitchavan \u2013 Neeyente prarthana kettu\u2026 and Mazhavillinanjnathavaasam&#8230; \u2013 became hits, while the songs in \u201cUlsavam\u201d established him as a lyricist to reckon with. Not many know that Khader has written one of the most popular light songs in Malayalam (Jayadeva kaviyude\u2026), which was set to lilting tune by the late composer M.G.
