He was 84.\n<\/p>\n<p>Abadi was born in Merida, a city in northwestern Venezuela. He graduated from the Universidad de los Andes\u2019 medical school as a surgeon.\n<\/p>\n<p>The fellow at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York was a member of the Rheumatology Service of the University Hospital of Caracas.\n<\/p>\n<p>Abadi was also the head of the Chair of Medical Clinic and Medical Therapeutics at the Luis Razetti School of Medicine.
