Kris Chupp aka DJ Steel, a popular Valley DJ, passed away due to complications from COVID-19 on July 12, 2020.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The 42 years old was the entertainment director for Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row. He was a professional DJ well-known in the country music scene.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

According to a GoFundMe page set up for Chupp's wife and family, Chupp passed away in the morning of July 12, 2020, due to complications from the coronavirus. He'd been in the ICU since June 26.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
