Patricia Bosworth ‑ an American journalist and biographer, memoirist, and actress – dies of Covid-19 on April 2, 2020.   She was a faculty member of Columbia University’s school of journalism as well as Barnard College, and was a winner of the Front Page Award for her journalistic achievement in writing about the Hollywood Blacklist. She died due to complications brought on by COVID-19.   Born Patricia Crum in Oakland, California, Bosworth was the daughter of prominent attorney Bartley Crum and novelist Anna Gertrude Bosworth. Patricia Frieson – a Nurse (retired) in Chicago, Illinois – passed away on 16 March, 2020, after suffering from COVID-19. Patricia was 61 years old. Her first nursing job had been at a nursing home, followed by a hospital in West Helena, Ark., then a regional hospital across the river in Mississippi. She’d then turned to travel nursing, which took her to hospitals across the South for varying periods of time, later returning to the hospital in Mississippi to be near her grandmother.
