Wajid Khan, Bollywood music composer, died on June 1, 2020, from complications due to suspected Covid-19 infection. The composer of Sajid-Wajid fame was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai and was reportedly on ventilator. Wajid, who along with his brother Sajid Khan produced music for many Bollywood hits including Dabangg, Wanted and Jai Ho, had been suffering from kidney problem for the past few years. Sanjay Tandon of the Indian Performing Right Society (IPRS) confirmed the news to a website, saying that he had received a message that he was not well and that he had been hospitalised. Hal Willner – an American music producer working in recording, films, TV and live events – passed away after contracting Covid-19 on April 7, 2020.   He was best known for assembling tribute albums and events featuring a wide variety of artists and musical styles (jazz, classical, rock, Tin Pan Alley).   Willner was born in Philadelphia in 1956. Viktar Mikalayevich Dashkevich, a Belarusian stage actor, died of Covid-19 on 31 March 2020.   He was born in Chashniki District, and died in March 2020 in Vitebsk, after suffering from COVID-19 complications. Detto Mariano –an Italian composer, arranger, lyricist, pianist, record producer and music publisher – died on 25 March 2020 after contracting Covid-19.   Born Mariano Detto in Monte Urano, Mariano started his career in 1958 but was launched by entering Adriano Celentano's "Clan Celentano", becoming keyboardist in his accompanying group "I Ribelli", sporadic lyricist and official arranger of all the songs of the Clan between 1962 and 1967. He also collaborated with Lucio Battisti, Mina, Milva, Equipe 84. Later he focused on composing numerous film soundtracks, especially comedy films.   On 25 March 2020, Mariano died of COVID-19 at the age of 82.
