Robert Hall, a Columbia police officer, died from complications due to COVID-19 on July 14, 2020.
Master Police Officer Robert Hall, known to family and friends as Bob, died in the morning of July 14, 2020, after receiving treatment at Prisma Health Baptist Hospital since July 5.
Hall was a 35-year veteran of the Columbia Police Department.
“Officer Hall exemplified everything that is expected out of a 21st Century police officer – service before self, professionalism, integrity, and compassion,” said Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook.
