Amrik Bamotra, Radiology Support Worker
Amrik Bamotra – a Radiology Support Worker at King George Hospital, Goodmayes, London, England – passed away on 10 April,2020, due to COVID-19. Amrik was 63 years old.
Amrik Bamotra had been a radiology support worker at the King George hospital for the past four years and was a porter there before that.
Tony Chambers, the chief executive of Barking, Havering and Redbridge university hospitals trust, said: “Amrik was well-liked among his colleagues, who have shared how friendly, chatty and kind-hearted he was, and that he was caring and compassionate to all patients. They said he treated everyone like his own family.”
