Roberto Gerardo Frias – a Physician at Clinica 86 IMSS, Monclova Coahuila, Mexico – passed away on 22 April, 2020, after suffering from Covid-19. Roberto was 45 years old.
Since April 5, it was announced that the doctor was a carrier of this virus, and it was until last Wednesday, April 15, that he entered the IMSS clinic 7 for health complications, which he could not overcome.
Health authorities confirmed that the doctor's death occurred during the early morning, while, so far, the Covid-19 pandemic has claimed the lives of four doctors and a deputy nurse hospitalized in the IMSS clinic 7 in Monclova, therefore that doctor would already be the fifth victim of this virus among the staff at that health center.
