Yogender Yadav, a 40-year-old Delhi Police constable who was undergoing treatment for liver related complications at a hospital in New Delhi passed away on July 7, 2020, 12 days after testing positive for COVID-19. Constable Yogender Yadav was posted at Paschim Vihar West Police Station and passed away on Tuesday, news agency PTI quoted a senior officer as saying. He was admitted to Park Hospital on June 12 due to a liver-related ailment and had tested positive for COVID-19 on June 25.
